Multilateral Agreement M360
Under paragraph 1.5.1 of Annex A of ADR
Concerning a 15-year interval between inspections on EN14140 LPG cylinders.

1. By derogation from the requirements of general provisions of packaging instruction
P200 (12) 1.3 of 4.1.4.1, cylinders manufactured under the EN 14140 standard
between 1st of January 2015 and 31st December 2016, are permitted to undergo
periodic inspections every 15 years, whenever authorized by the competent authority.
This provision applies to refillable welded steel cylinders, in accordance with special
packaging provision P200 (10) v (2) for this type of cylinders, thereby allowing an
extension of the periodic inspection to 15 years.

2. This agreement shall be valid until 1st January 2027 for 15 years interval inspections
of refillable welded steel cylinders on the territories of those ADR Contracting parties
signatory to this agreement. If it is revoked before then by one of the signatories, it
shall remain valid until the above-mentioned date only for carriage on the territories of
those ADR Contracting parties signatory to this agreement which have not revoked it.
